Work for one of New Zealand's most extensive and professional, one-stop tree removal and land clearing companies based in Katikati. They have a mobile fleet of oversized and versatile Chippers, Grinders, and Excavators. They cover everything from:
Tree removal
Shelter removal and topping
Orchard and land clearing
Wood and green waste chipping and grinding
About the roles
Our client is seeking an experienced Fabricator/Welder to support their growing business demands. You will work Monday to Friday, around 45 hours a week, offering flexible start/finish times. This is a great position for someone who is self-motivated and can use their own initiative to maintain and build mobile plants.
Duties include:
Responsible for the completion of project work as required
Fabricate and repair steel structures across our mobile fleet and equipment
General maintenance work
Our client is looking for someone who has:
Fabrication/welder experience, trade qualifications a bonus
Experience with heavy machinery and complex repair work
A confident communicator and good attention to detail
Safety focused
