Great opportunity to lead a medium sized manufacturing team in the heart of Hamilton.We are working with an awesome joinery company that are in need of experienced joiners/Machine Operators.
We are seeking an experienced and hands on Factory Manager to lead the day to day running of a large-scale joinery manufacturing facility. 
This role is responsible for overseeing the production, staff leadership, quality control, workflow, health and safety and machinery utilisation. 

What we need from you:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. 
  • Confident working in fast-paced, high-detail workshop
  • strong leadership capabilities 
  • Proven experience as a joinery installer
  • Confident with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem solve
  • Full class 1 licence
