Are you passionate about food and love creating flavourful Indian and Kiwi fusion dishes? We are a growing Indo-Kiwi takeaway looking for a few skilled and dedicated Fast Food Cooks to join our team.

This is a permanent full-time role with a minimum of 30 hours gauranteed.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook fast food items such as burgers, sandwiches, wraps, fried foods, and beverages according to standard recipes and portion sizes.

Operate grills, deep fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Assemble and present food orders accurately and promptly to maintain quick service delivery.

Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the kitchen and food preparation areas in line with health and safety regulations.

Check and replenish stock and ingredients as required, ensuring proper storage and labeling.

Follow food safety protocols, including temperature checks, cross-contamination prevention, and proper waste disposal.

Support the team in maintaining workflow during busy periods and assist in training new kitchen staff when required.

Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures at all times.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Relevant Level 4 qualification (cookery/culinary/hospitality) OR two years of relevant experience(preferably in Indian cuisine or fusion food).
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Excellent time management and ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
