About the roleWe’re on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst here at Watercare. The successful candidate will lead identification and analysis of business driver’s problems, opportunities, or needs to support Watercare’s strategic and operational objectives. Working closely with business users and SMEs, the Senior Business Analyst translates these drivers into actionable insights and clear, traceable requirements. Analysis activities are robust, outcome-focused and aligned with Watercare’s principles and governance processes to enable value and benefit realization. This role also provides leadership in business analysis practices, mentoring others and cultivating strong stakeholder engagement to deliver meaningful outcomes for Watercare.
