We are seeking a proactive and eager HR Coordinator to join our Christchurch based client. This is an incredible opportunity for an eager HR professional to kick-start and progress their career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that offers long term development and progression.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the delivery of HR functions across the business. You’ll work closely with various stakeholders within the business to ensure people processes are delivered seamlessly, accurately, and in line with best practice. You’ll get the opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting your HR Manager across the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding to payroll and more!

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent attention to detail and a professional, approachable manner. You’ll be highly organised, efficient, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. A collaborative mindset, discretion, and a commitment to delivering timely, high-quality work are essential.
