As the company continues to expand its operations, we are seeking an experienced and commercially focused ICT Business Analyst to support the optimisation of our business systems, operational workflows, reporting processes, and technology-driven business improvements. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who can bridge the gap between business operations and technology solutions while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across inventory management, procurement, logistics, customer service, and internal business systems. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: • Analyse existing operational processes, workflows, and system performance to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities • Work closely with management and staff to gather, document, and evaluate business and system requirements • Review current software platforms, reporting systems, and operational procedures to recommend technology-driven solutions • Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of ICT and business improvement projects • Develop functional specifications and process documentation for system upgrades and operational enhancements • Support the implementation, testing, and deployment of new software systems and process improvements • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation activities to ensure business requirements are met • Prepare user manuals, workflow documentation, and training materials for staff and management • Provide training and support to users on newly implemented systems and operational procedures • Collaborate with software developers, external IT providers, and internal stakeholders to improve system functionality and performance • Analyse operational and business data to support reporting accuracy, business planning, and decision-making • Assist in improving inventory control, purchasing systems, customer order management, and logistics coordination processes • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and system performance to ensure successful project outcomes • Act as a key point of contact between operational teams and technical service providers during ICT projects and system implementations • Ensure business systems and operational processes align with company objectives, compliance requirements, and growth strategies Qualifications Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as an ICT Business Analyst or similar role Skills and Requirements: • Strong understanding of business process analysis, systems implementation, and workflow optimisation • Experience preparing business requirements, functional specifications, and system documentation • Knowledge of ERP systems, inventory management systems, reporting tools, or operational software platforms • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience supporting software testing, system implementation, and user training activities • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • High attention to detail and commitment to operational efficiency and continuous improvement • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business reporting tools • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced business environment Why Join Us?
