Your purpose as part of our team of experienced engineers and technicians is to contribute to developing holistic design solutions for our private and public clients across the South Island.
Who you are…
You will have a Washington Accord engineering tertiary qualification and developed technical reporting skills with experience in 3 Waters modelling and design - infrastructure and/or land development.
As project lead on small to mid-size projects you will work in a team and communicate ideas with clients and colleagues.
Your daily adventures will include…
· Researching new technologies and optimising software.
· Obtaining information and data.
· Creating hydraulic models (we use EPANET, PCSWMM and HEC HMS).
· Learning and using technical knowledge to make decisions and solve problems.
· Communicating within and outside the organisation.
· Developing designs and providing documentation.
· Coordinating the work and activities of others.
· Inspecting project sites to monitor progress.
