  • As a , you'll be a trusted guide—helping parents and whānau navigate the family justice system with confidence.

You'll connect families to the right services at the right time, working closely with iwi, hapū, and community providers to ensure culturally responsive, accessible support. This is a highly visible, community-based role that involves regular regional travel and flexible hours, including some weekends. This role is based in Blenheim.

This role requires both. You'll need to be comfortable working independently and managing your own workload, while also collaborating with your regional team and wider networks. Autonomy, self-management, and using your initiative are essential to succeed in this role.

  • familiarity with Family Court processes (advantageous)
  • full driver's licence and regional travel readiness.
