What you’ll be doing:     Leading and supporting maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and safety    Carrying out preventative and breakdown maintenance on heavy mining machinery (trucks, dozers, excavators)    Coordinating daily maintenance tasks and communicating with supervisors and planners    Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard What you’ll need:    Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or Heavy Diesel Fitter   Proven experience in heavy equipment maintenance   Strong leadership and communication skills   Fit, reliable, and safety-focused   Full clean driver’s license   Valid NZ/AUS Work Rights         The Offer:    7 days on, 7 days off (12.5-hour shifts, day/night rotation)    On-site accommodation + meals provided    Relocation support for NZ-based applicants    Approx. $195,000–$210,000 AUD per year (includes shift allowances, weekends, public holidays, and super)        Apply now — we’re shortlisting skilled NZ tradespeople ready to take the next step and make the move to Australia!Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
