The Opportunity\n

As Multi-Store Leader, you'll take ownership of our Christchurch CBD and Riccarton stores — leading from the front to deliver exceptional customer experiences, build high-performing teams across both sites and drive strong commercial results. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who loves developing people, owning their numbers, and thrives working across multiple stores.

What You'll Do\n

• Lead your teams to achieve sales targets and KPIs through customer-first service.

• Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback and training.
\n
• Drive operational excellence across stock management and visual merchandising at both sites.
\n
• Create smart, commercial rosters aligned to trade and wage targets.
\n
• Champion the Lorna Jane brand and Active Living philosophy across both stores and locally.
