We are looking for a full-time creative Multimedia Specialist to join our team.

 

As our Multimedia Specialist, you will plan, design, develop and maintain multimedia content and digital experiences that support the promotion of our property developments and corporate brand.

  • Design, develop and maintain multimedia content for the company's websites and digital platforms, combining text, graphics, animation, audio, video and interactive elements.
  • Develop and enhance web-based digital content and multimedia interfaces to improve the presentation and user experience of property development projects.
  • Create interactive web pages, digital property showcases, project presentations and other multimedia applications using appropriate web and multimedia technologies.
  • Produce and manipulate computer graphics, animations, video footage, audio and digital imagery for use across websites, online campaigns and multimedia presentations.
  • Create property project promotional videos, motion graphics, animated content and visual presentations to communicate development concepts, property features and project information.
  • Design and develop interactive multimedia presentations for property launches, sales presentations, display suites, information kiosks and other digital presentation environments.
  • Integrate multimedia components into company websites and online resources and optimise digital assets for performance, usability and compatibility across different devices and platforms.
  • Develop multimedia content for social media, digital advertising and online promotional campaigns while maintaining consistency with the company's brand identity.
  • Apply appropriate web technologies, multimedia authoring tools and software to develop functional and engaging digital content.
  • Plan multimedia projects by analysing project requirements, defining content structure, determining appropriate technical solutions and preparing design concepts, storyboards and prototypes.
  • Edit, encode, compress and optimise video, audio, graphics, animations and other multimedia files for web and digital distribution.
  • Test multimedia and web content to identify and resolve technical, usability, compatibility and performance issues across browsers, screen sizes and digital devices.
  • Maintain and update existing website multimedia components and digital content as property projects progress through different stages of development.
  • Research emerging multimedia, web and interactive technologies and recommend practical improvements to the company's digital presentation and online marketing capabilities.
  • Manage multimedia assets and source files to ensure digital materials are organised, current and available for ongoing company projects.

This is a full-time position that requires you to work a minimum of 30 hours to a maximum of 40 hours per week.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • A relevant qualification in Multimedia, Digital Media, Web Development, Interactive Media, Information Technology or a related discipline.
  • Strong skills in web and digital content development, with the ability to create and integrate multimedia elements into websites and online platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in multimedia design and development, including graphics, animation, video, audio and interactive digital content.
  • Experience with web content management systems and digital publishing platforms.
  • Ability to edit and optimise images, video, animation and audio for web-based applications and different digital environments.
  • Ability to translate business and project requirements into practical multimedia concepts and digital solutions.
  • Strong attention to visual detail, technical quality and brand consistency.
  • Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple multimedia projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
