MPeak Enterprise Limited is seeking a motivated Multi-Site Manager to oversee and coordinate cleaning service delivery across multiple client sites throughout the Wellington region.

This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high service standards, supervising cleaning teams and subcontractors, and supporting strong client relationships. The successful candidate will ensure all sites operate smoothly and comply with company procedures, contractual obligations, and health and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Operations Management
Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple commercial and residential client sites throughout the Wellington region.
Coordinate staff rosters, task allocations, and site schedules for cleaning teams and subcontractors.
Ensure all cleaning services are delivered in accordance with client expectations and company standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain service consistency.
Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.
Ensure all staff follow site-specific procedures, cleaning protocols, and safety requirements.
2. Staff & Subcontractor Supervision
Allocate subcontractors and cleaning staff to sites based on operational requirements.
Monitor staff and subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Provide training, supervision, and operational guidance to cleaning teams.
Ensure all subcontractors maintain required certifications, documentation, and compliance records.
Support workforce performance and maintain positive working relationships across all sites.
3 . Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding day-to-day operational matters.
Conduct routine client meetings, site walk-throughs, and service reviews.
Respond to client concerns, service requests, and operational adjustments in a timely and professional manner.
Escalate major operational or contractual matters to senior management when required.
Maintain strong communication and professional relationships with clients across all locations.
4. Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with New Zealand workplace health and safety regulations across all sites.
Enforce the correct use of PPE, cleaning equipment, and approved chemical handling procedures.
Identify, report, and address hazards, incidents, and near-misses promptly.
Maintain accurate health and safety records and compliance documentation.
Promote a strong workplace safety culture among staff and subcontractors.
5. Quality Control & Operational Improvement
Ensure consistent, high-quality cleaning service delivery across all client locations.
Implement quality control systems, inspections, and performance monitoring processes.
Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements to management.
Support business growth by assisting with operational setup for new sites and clients.
Provide regular operational reports and updates to management.

Skills and Experience Required
NZQF Level 4 qualification or higher in any field, or at least 2 years of relevant cleaning industry experience.
(Either Qualification or Work experience is required)
Previous experience managing multiple sites or supervising cleaning operations.
Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
Practical knowledge of commercial cleaning practices, equipment, and service delivery standards.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
Willingness to undertake internal operational and supervisory training.

Additional Requirements
Clean Full New Zealand Driver Licence.
Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing if required.
Availability for occasional after-hours, weekend, or on-call operational support.
