Our Gisborne clinic is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist who will work with other allied health team members to support people the way they deserve to be taken care of - the Habit Health way. We are looking for a rehabilitation professional who has experience working on ACC contracts for adult pain, concussion and social rehab.

You will work with a great team of rehabilitation professionals who put their clients first and we, as a company, put their growth and development at the forefront of what we do.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop / implement in-clinic and community rehabilitation programmes
  • Liaise with allied health team members
  • Create patient reports on client abilities, goals and best practice intervention
  • Utilise diary management software

  • Must have NZ OT registration and current APC
  • Ability to effectively manage your time and caseload
  • Full NZ Driver's license for community rehabilitation
