Painter at Xin Cheng International Company Ltd

 is a growing painting and decorating company providing high‑quality residential and commercial painting services across Auckland. We are seeking two skilled and reliable Painters to join our team and support increasing project demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare interior and exterior surfaces by sanding, scraping, water‑blasting, filling, and priming
• Apply paints, stains, varnishes, sealers, and protective coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Mix and match paints to achieve required colours and finishes
• Repair cracks, holes, and imperfections to ensure smooth, even surfaces
• Erect and safely use ladders, scaffolding, and protective coverings
• Maintain a clean and organised work area and ensure safe handling of tools and materials
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines

Skills & Experience Required

• At least two years of relevant experience 
• or level 4 above qulifications
• Strong understanding of surface preparation and paint application techniques
• Ability to work at heights and perform physical tasks
• Good attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently when required
• A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
