About the role | MŠte tūnga

Join our team as a Pallet Controller, supporting our National Pallet Manager to manage pallet movements and maintain accurate records across our operations.

  • Process pallet transfers and daily data entry in 2ic
  • Reconcile weekly pallet invoices and movement reports
  • Daily tracking & reporting of 1-4-1 pallet swaps
  • Investigate disputes and follow up on discrepancies
  • Support training and audits across sites
  • Liaise with internal teams, customers and third parties

About you | Ō pūkenga

Were looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and confident working with systems and data.

  • Intermediate-advanced Excel and MS Office skills
  • Experience in data entry, account balancing, or admin
  • Good planning, organisation and time management
  • Strong communication and relationship skills
  • High attention to detail and numerical accuracy (there is a lot of repetition in this role)

What youll need | NgÄ Äheitanga

  • Previous experience in pallets or stock control preferred
  • Ability to handle competing priorities and problem-solve
  • Familiarity with warehousing or transport environments
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Self-starter who works well independently and in teams
