Be the trusted right hand to an inspiring and visionary leader as their Personal Assistant. This role calls for a professional and emotionally intelligent individual to provide dedicated support to the Business Owner, ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day operations and empowering them to lead with confidence and impact.

You’ll provide executive-level support across calendar management, meetings, communications, and special projects within the wider business group. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same—supporting a driven leader at the helm of a large and dynamic operation, you’ll need to juggle competing priorities, think ahead and keep everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.

We’re after someone mature, reliable, and detail-focused—who’s proactive, discreet, and able to manage both business and operational tasks with confidence and care.

The opportunity:

This part-time, on-site role based at our New Lynn office (Mon–Fri, 10:00am–2:30pm, with some flexibility) is ideal for someone experienced, grounded, and purpose-driven.

As a trusted co-pilot, you’ll manage appointments, support the Business Owners ventures, keep the office running and handle everything from meeting notes to coffee runs.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on variety, takes initiative, and supports both personal and professional tasks while upholding the values of our kaupapa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Calendar management and daily communication via calls and Teams
  • Organise internal/external meetings, calls, hui, and event coordination (including our event space)
  • Draft professional correspondence, emails, reports, and briefing documents
  • Take accurate minutes and follow up on action items
  • Coordinate special projects across the wider business group
  • Liaise with property, third-party contractors, and personal business contacts
  • Ensure the office is warm, tidy and fully stocked each day
  • Travel coordination and occasional in-person support at off-site events or meetings

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a PA or EA role, supporting senior leaders, managing priorities, and working both independently and in a team
  • A full NZ Drivers Licence
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy: confident in MS Office at an advance level (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)
  • A polished, professional demeanour and high emotional intelligence
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality, respects boundaries and engages with maturity
  • Self-starter with strong initiative, time management, and a solutions-focused mindset
  • Warm, welcoming, and attentive, with natural hospitality instincts

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pro-rata salary + carpark
  • A chance to work closely with an inspiring leader and visionary organisation
  • Interesting and varied role
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
  • Health and wellbeing benefits
