About the roleAre you passionate about turning information into powerful insights that drive business performance, market success and shape future product strategy?
Joining our Customer & Intelligence team, you'll harness market and customer insights to shape strategic direction and inform annual trading plans. Your work will help ensure Foodstuffs' iconic brands — PAK'nSAVE, New World, and Four Square — stay aligned with evolving customer needs, uncovering actionable insights that drive loyalty and enhance customer experience.
You'll craft compelling narratives that bring insights to life across the business. With a strong focus on customer-led segmentation, profiles, and audience development, you'll deepen our understanding of customer behaviours. You'll also play a pivotal role in embedding insight-led planning, processes, and playbooks that make data accessible, engaging, and impactful.
This is a unique opportunity to dive deep into product analysis, evaluating features, performance, and user experience, while also conducting category analysis to identify trends, demand drivers, and growth opportunities across entire market segments.
You'll bring demonstrated senior experience from previous insights, research, or strategy roles, with a strong ability to turn data into strategic opportunities. While retail or FMCG experience is a plus, your passion for understanding customer behaviour and driving insight-led decisions is what truly sets you apart.
You're a natural collaborator, comfortable navigating diverse stakeholder needs, and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Above all, your curiosity and problem-solving mindset will help champion customer insights and shape meaningful customer experiences across the business.
