Project Administrator
Madison Recruitment are seeking a detail-focused Project Administrator to support our clients Delivery team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is critical in coordinating activities and providing document control support to ensure the effective delivery of complex projects within a large industrial environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support project administration across a multi-project programme.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, and compliant with programme requirements.
- Carry out project support activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide essential documentation and certification to customers to enable safe and efficient delivery.
- Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives within the organisation.
- Engage effectively with team members and stakeholders to deliver programme objectives.
- Previous experience in project administration or coordination, ideally within an industrial, engineering, or technical environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work confidently with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- A proactive, improvement-focused mindset and ability to prioritise competing tasks.
