We are looking for an experienced Legal Executive to be a part of the growing residential conveyancing team. You will have an exceptional eye for detail, be personable and have the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, fun environment.

Essential to the role is a solid grounding in Residential Property matters alongside experience in running files from start to finish. You may also assist, from time to time, with Rural, Commercial and Sub-division Property transactions. You will be given a good degree of autonomy and undertake an interesting and varied range of transactions. There will also be numerous opportunities for direct client contact.

This role will ideally suit someone who has:

• 2 + years experience working as a Residential Conveyancing Legal Executive;
• Sound knowledge of MS 365; 
• Excellent communication skills; 
• Be motivated and thorough with initiative and common sense;
• Ability to 'multi-task' and manage an active workload;
• Team player
