NZ APEX BUILDING LTD is a company located in Auckland, and currently looking for 3 Roofers. Welcome to join our supportive team if you are capable of these tasks:
• Selecting all needed equipment, materials, and tools for eachconstruction project, loading and carrying them to building sites;• Placing caution-purpose items such as barricades and fence lines around the construction sites before construction gets started;• Erecting and demolishing temporary structures which assist in the establishment of buildings, such as scaffolding, bosuns chairs, and rigging;• Conducting proper mixture to materials like concrete, mortar,cement, and so on, then spreading the mixture nicely, and ensuring the flatness of it;• Manipulating Heavy vehicles in construction areas safely;• Clean up all rubbish left on building sites while the construction is finished;• Setting up functional accessories which can improve the life quality of buildings like awnings;• Any other tasks from team leaders or managers.
