Sales Closer - HotSpring SpasPart-Time or Full-Time | Christchurch

HotSpring Spas is recognised as the worlds number one selling spa pool brand, and we take pride in delivering premium products alongside exceptional customer experiences. We are seeking a professional Sales Consultant to join our Christchurch team in either a part-time or full-time capacity.

This role is focused on closing sales and requires someone with refined sales skills, proven experience, and the confidence to guide customers through a considered purchase decision. You will be supported by a dedicated Appointment Setter, who ensures a steady flow of qualified leads, and a Customer Care Manager, who manages after-sale service and customer communication. This structure allows you to focus on what you do best—converting opportunities into sales.

• Engage with showroom visitors, digital enquiries, and scheduled appointments

• Deliver professional sales presentations that build trust and rapport

• Identify customer needs and match them with the appropriate spa solutions

• Confidently address objections and close sales with consistency

• Meet and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to team success

• Uphold the premium brand reputation through every customer interaction

• Keeping your store to impeccable standards

• Demonstrated sales success with a strong record of closing high-value sales

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Experience selling premium or lifestyle products preferred

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and confident working independently

• Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach

• Availability on weekends, our highest foot traffic days

• Base salary plus an attractive, no celling commission structure.
