About the company: This is a great opportunity to join a New Zealand organisation based in Lower Hutt. They are seeking an experienced professional who can confidently take ownership of their accounts receivable processes while managing administration functions to support the wider team.

About the role: You will oversee all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, reconciliations, and debtor management. Alongside AR responsibilities, youll also manage administration functions, support wider financial reporting and compliance, and ensure smooth operations with accurate information flow to management and stakeholders. Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable processes and debtor management
• Oversee invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy
• Monitor compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Provide financial insights to support management decisions
• Lead improvements to systems, processes, and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners Requirements:
• Proven experience in accounts receivable and administration
• Strong knowledge of debtor management and invoicing processes
• Skilled in reconciliations and financial reporting
• High attention to detail and accuracy
