What youll be doing:

• Designing and implementing robust, scalable, and maintainable gameplay systems using Unity
• Collaborating closely with designers, artists, and other developers to deliver high-quality player experiences
• Applying your practical experience across systems such as graphics, UI, animation, economy, sound, and networking
• Supporting multiple shipped titles with ongoing feature development and optimisations
• Championing technical excellence and best practices while mentoring and inspiring junior developers
• Helping balance creative and technical decision-making to achieve the best outcomes for players
• Contributing to a dynamic and diverse team culture built on collaboration and positivity

What were looking for:

• 5+ years professional experience in mobile games development
• At least 2 shipped titles on mobile platforms
• Advanced Unity experience with a strong understanding of C# and Unity architecture
• Solid technical background across a range of systems and game features
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative team
• A proactive, enthusiastic mindset with a passion for game development and problem solving
• A team player with a drive to innovate and grow within a supportive studio environment
