About this work area As Service Fulfilment Operations Developer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• • Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement across home furnishing services.
  • Manage relationships with external service providers, including delivery, assembly, and installation partners.
  • Ensure service partners deliver high-quality customer experience and meet performance KPIs.
  • Drive cost efficiency and negotiate within contractual frameworks to optimise service delivery.
  • Collaborate across IKEA functions to implement improvements and support omnichannel development.
  • Contribute to innovation and sustainability initiatives within the service fulfilment network.
What you need to know

  • You will be required to attend global calls outside of typical work hours (early mornings or late evenings) and occasional onsite visits to service providers.
