About this work area As Service Fulfilment Operations Developer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: -
- Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement across home furnishing services.
- Manage relationships with external service providers, including delivery, assembly, and installation partners.
- Ensure service partners deliver high-quality customer experience and meet performance KPIs.
- Drive cost efficiency and negotiate within contractual frameworks to optimise service delivery.
- Collaborate across IKEA functions to implement improvements and support omnichannel development.
- Contribute to innovation and sustainability initiatives within the service fulfilment network.
What you need to know -
- This role is permanent, full-time.
- The desired start date for this role is 17 November 2025.
- Work location is at IKEA Sylvia Park
- You will be required to attend global calls outside of typical work hours (early mornings or late evenings) and occasional onsite visits to service providers.
