• Supported Housing Pathways - helping individuals and families build stable, independent lives.

• Mental Health & Addictions - providing 24/7 supported accommodation, promoting wellbeing, and supporting personal recovery.

About the Role | Mō te tūranga

This pivotal leadership role is responsible for the day to day operations and strategic direction of Lifewise ki Te Arawa services. Youll foster a high performing, client centered culture that reflects our co designed local model of care - Te Ara Tauwhirotanga. This holistic framework champions people centered approaches, integrates Māori culture and values and ensures culturally safe practices across our services.

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will also contribute to organisation wide strategy and service integration breaking down silos to enable wraparound support for service users.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and grow two established services in Rotorua - Supported Housing Pathways and Mental Health & Addictions.

• Foster a high performing culture that is client centered inclusive and based in community.

• Ensure service quality, compliance and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Manage budgets, contracts and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

• Champion culturally responsive and holistic approaches integrating Te Ara Tauwhirotanga and Te Whare Tapa Whā.

• Support and develop your team of health professionals, team leaders and administrators.

What Youll Bring | Ō Pūkenga

• 3+ years experience in leadership or people management roles.

• Strong operational leadership experience in the social services or health sector.

• Proven ability in managing budgets, people, and service performance.

• A collaborative and strengths-based leadership style.

• Commitment to cultural responsiveness and the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

• A relevant tertiary qualification in management, leadership, or related field.
