Site Supervisor Wanted
Work Location: Auckland Region
Employment type: Full time (minimum 30 hours/per week, Monday to Saturday, rotating roster), Permanent role
Your pay: $35.00 - $37.00 per hour depending on your experience and skills
We are a well-established construction company located in Auckland. With the development of our business, we would like to hire a Site Supervisor to assist with our projects. We are looking for highly skilled and competent candidate. In this role, you will work on different sites across AucklandRegion.
- Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years’ relevant work experience in the same field/industry, or
- Have a relevant level 4 qualification or equivalent qualifications/certificates
You are required to:
· Assist in planning and organization construction site activities from end to end
· Managing all site activities and workers to ensure project deadlines are met
· Interpreting plans, regulations and codes of practice to workers on sites to adhere to H&S regulations and policies
· Overseeing all elements of construction work on site to deliver projects on time with
· excellent quality standards and within project budget
· Making plans to schedule timeframe, tradesmen workforce and building material
· required for each project
· Working closely with the team and clients to ensure the projects are completed within
· the negotiated timeframe and specifications
· Quality checking and record keeping with effective communication between different
· parties for project progress
· Liaising with civil engineers, designers, council inspectors or other
· relevant workers to identify and solve the problems when necessary
· Monitoring and overseeing site health & safety and project quality to meet the required standard and handle any issues that arise
