We are seeking an experienced full-time Supply and Distribution Manager

Ayuora Property Services Limited provides commercial cleaning, property maintenance and operational support services across multiple Auckland client sites.

We are seeking an experienced full-time Supply and Distribution Manager to manage procurement, dispatch and distribution of cleaning consumables, chemicals, PPE, uniforms, tools and operational equipment.

This role supports cleaning operations by ensuring client sites have the correct supplies, equipment and stock levels required for uninterrupted service delivery. The role works closely with Operations Managers and Site Supervisors but remains primarily responsible for supply chain, stock control, logistics and distribution functions.

This is a permanent full-time position with guaranteed 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organise and coordinate purchasing, inventory and distribution activities across multiple  sites.
  • Manage the procurement and supply of cleaning consumables, chemicals, PPE, uniforms, tools and operational equipment to support daily cleaning operations.
  • Maintain inventory systems to track stock movements, purchase orders, stock transfers, dispatches, deliveries and inventory adjustments.
  • Monitor supplier lead times and reorder points to prevent shortages and minimise excess inventory.
  • Forecast supply requirements based on cleaning schedules, client site demand, seasonal workload and operational usage patterns.
  • Coordinate the receipt, storage, dispatch and delivery of consumables, chemicals, PPE, uniforms, tools and operational equipment to client sites.
  • Liaise with Operations Managers and Site Supervisors to understand cleaning site supply requirements and resolve supply-related service disruptions.
  • Support cleaning operations by ensuring supplies, tools and equipment are available, fit for use and delivered on time to maintain service continuity.
  • Coordinate urgent supply requests from client sites to prevent service delays or missed operational commitments.
  • Manage supplier relationships and procurement planning to support operational continuity, cost control and timely delivery.
  • Communicate with suppliers, wholesalers and transport providers regarding stock availability, delivery schedules, pricing and service issues.
  • Conduct stocktakes, reconciliations and inventory audits to maintain accurate stock records.
  • Review supplier performance, delivery accuracy, cost efficiency and stock availability to improve supply chain performance.
  • Supervise logistics, dispatch and operational support staff involved in stock handling, supply preparation and delivery coordination.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports relating to purchasing, stock control, supplier performance, distribution activity and supply costs.
  • Ensure storage, handling and distribution practices comply with company procedures, health and safety requirements and client site standards.

Requirements

Applicants must have either:

  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, procurement, warehouse operations or distribution management; or
  • A Level 4 certificate or higher in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, procurement, warehouse operations or distribution management.

A criminal history check and random drug testing may be conducted if required.
