About the roleWe’re looking for a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our high-performing and collaborative Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll manage a diverse and fast-paced portfolio, partnering with leaders across the business to attract, engage, and hire the talent that keeps our organisation moving forward.
This is an opportunity to operate as a true Talent Acquisition Business Partner. You’ll provide expert advice, influence hiring decisions, share talent market insights, and help shape workforce outcomes across a broad range of functions and role types. Working within a unionised environment, you’ll confidently navigate both Individual Employment Agreements (IEAs) and Collective Agreements while balancing operational requirements, compliance obligations, and business needs.
