🛠️ About the Role

This is a significant leadership role, leading a team of 15+ across the trade floor (including drive-through), sales support, and administration. Youll be accountable for achieving financial targets, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring your team are engaged, motivated, and performing at their best.

The role also carries responsibility for inventory, stock management, logistics, and operational efficiencies. Youll work closely with the store leadership team to bring about continuous improvement and drive trade growth in Warkworth.
