The Role
This role is responsible for shaping, mobilizing and executing a Transformation Journey with our clients. Using your deep industry knowledge, you will guide our clients towards a well-defined target picture while effectively managing changes. Program management will be strictly oriented along value realization and multiple dimensions (e.g., financial, experience, sustainability). You will act as the glue between program stakeholders (internal and external) to keep the course and maximize value realization. You will use your deep industry and technology competence e.g., in Cloud, Data or Security to build rapport equally with senior and deeply skilled stakeholders in both business and technology functions and facilitate quick and effective decisions. Your key focus will be on conducting analysis to suggest resolution to complex problems, e.g. for planning as well as risk / issue / change management purposes, in close collaboration with senior client stakeholders.
Key accountabilities
- Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients and have the ability to influence decision-makers, along with senior team members
- Exposure to shaping, mobilizing and executing Transformation Journeys to drive client transformations across industry, function and technology
- Conduct analysis of complex problems and propose resolutions, working closely with senior client stakeholders
- Implementation of programs and interventions to drive organizational change, with team/manager support
- Meets or exceeds agreed charge ability, business development, professional development and recruitment; and market-facing metrics
- Develop a specialisation relevant to the practice
- Shares knowledge with others and helps to upskill junior team members
- Grow a reputational network and be known for chosen specialisation
- Work to client outcomes with autonomy, leading small teams
- Develop a deeper understanding of the sales process through participation in bid development
- Create trusted advisor relationships with clients
- Identify and share opportunities for growth
- Create consistently high standard products for internal and external audiences
- Develop a greater knowledge of practice capabilities and communicate with confidence
- Actively participate in the development of frameworks and methodologies

Key levels of experience are:
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional services organisation, working alongside key senior stakeholders, modelling and supporting transformation journeys, and delivering strategic proposals.

- Typically has a minimum of 2 to 8 years of experience doing similar work either at or outside of Accenture
- Expected to be an SME with deep knowledge in an area of expertise based on experience
