Fabricator/welders wanted.

We've been designing and manufacturing ‘tank-tough' gear for over five decades, and right now there's a golden opportunity for an experienced fabricator/welder to jump aboard and join our talented team.

 Role details:

• Full-time role (guaranteed 40 hours) 
• Rotorua location
• Minimum five years' experience working in similar roles 
• Hourly rate $35-$45 depending on experience

Key tasks include:

• Carry out welding and fabricating of a variety of components 
• Weld metal and other materials into a wide range of structures
• Operate tools and machinery and welding equipment
• Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to manufacture products
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
• Make adjustments and rework components as necessary
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in machinery and equipment
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including specifications, measurements, and materials used
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to optimise processes and improve efficiency.
