In this role you will:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a fair and timely outcome.
- Take ownership of inbound and outbound customer calling and emails and work towards a positive resolution with our customers.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, policies, and customer experiences.
- Understand and manage operational and compliance risks, ensuring all reporting and documentation is accurate and up to date.

- Previous experience in managing complaints and investigations is beneficial.
- Superior communication including ability to have difficult conversations, engage in conflict resolution and strong written communications.
- An understanding of credit, lending and deposit products, processes and systems is helpful.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements.
