Ngataringa Tennis Club (NTC) invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified individuals or companies for the delivery of coaching services at the club from 1 October 2025.

NTC has five artificial turf courts at the facility in Stanley Bay, Devonport, with around 135 senior members, 165 juniors, and the ability for non-members to use the facility. The Club offers comprehensive senior and junior coaching, and has a very active involvement in Tennis Northern Region Interclub. NTC was recognised for the 2023-24 and 2020-2021 seasons as Northern Region Club of the Year.

Expressions of interest will be the first step in a procurement process from which we will select a short list of suppliers for more detailed consideration. It is intended that the contract will be signed by 1 July 2025, and take effect from 1 October 2025.

Key points to note are:

• around 135 senior members, 165 juniors (who receive coaching as part of their membership fees), and the ability for non-members to use the facility

• Extensive individual and group coaching between 8am and 9pm, usually across multiple courts.

• Extensive storage and rest facilities

Expressions of interest should be emailed to the Clubs secretary, Ian Graham (secretaryngataringatc@gmail.com) to arrive by 3 April 2025.

• Clubs and/or locations where the organisation is presently providing coaching. If agreed we may make initial enquiries with those clubs.
• Details of the numbers and capability/qualifications of coaches who may be engaged to deliver coaching at NTC
• Broad details of how the coaching operation will be structured to deliver coaching services at NTC
• Any other information that the applicant feels is relevant at this stage
