$54,000 - $55,000 Weekly

Permanent Full time (30+ hours)

About Us Our business is a market leader in supporting Property Management firms, Real Estate Agents, Social & Community housing providers, Property developers, and others across the greater Auckland, Northland, Coromandel, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Hawkes Bay, Wellington, and Canterbury regions in New Zealand. We are constantly innovating and regularly launching new services. About the Role You will be based in our South Island Hub in Waltham, Christchurch, alongside a dedicated team who will extend your skills and encourage you to grow! The role is Monday to Friday, 9.00 am- 6.00 pm, and is salary-based.

• Scheduling for our field team

• In/Outbound Calling

• Communicating with clients

Requirements Include

• You must be a New Zealand citizen or hold a valid work visa (If you are not in the country and approved to work, then please do not apply)

• A strong grasp of the English language

• Strong people skills

• Previous Client/Customer Service experience, ideally within a services business

• Experience in outbound and inbound calling

• Accurate data entry skills

• Experience in Microsoft Office

Ideally, you would also…

• Have previous scheduling experience.

• Have a good knowledge of New Zealand geography, with a particular emphasis on our two biggest markets- Auckland and Canterbury.
