About the Role
This role will focus on ensuring smooth, efficient operations across our South Island sites while driving continuous improvement and maintaining high levels of data integrity. You will lead process improvement workstreams to enhance operations and maintain accurate data in WMS and other internal databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate data input and system housekeeping in WMS and other operational systems.
- Lead root cause analysis for customer-impacting incidents and implement action plans.
- Provide troubleshooting support and collaborate with tech teams to resolve issues.
- Conduct user training and maintain documentation for system-related procedures.
- Support post-implementation improvements and manage system configurations.
- Drive system enhancements and recommend changes to improve operations.
Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in warehousing or transportation services (preferably in New Zealand).
- 2+ years of technical experience working with WMS, TMS, and other 3PL systems.
- Strong Excel skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Experience with continuous improvement projects and operational process flows.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
