Position: Retail Floor Worker Number of Positions Available: 2 Payrate: $29.66 per hour Region: Auckland Region Minimum Hours of Work Per Week: 30 Maximum Hours of Work Per Week: 40

Key Requirements At least 6 Months or above relevant experience required. or At least Level 1 or above relevant qualifications required.

Other Requirements Ability to lift and carry produce and stock items. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours. Basic understanding of sales transactions and stock management.

Key Responsibilities Receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and deliveries accordingly. Restocking depleted or low shop items and ensuring that the sales floor is organized accordingto established guidelines. Assisting customers in locating desired shop items. Informing customers of shop promotions to encourage purchases. Performing regular price audits to identify and correct price discrepancies. Performing end-of-day cleaning duties, which includes wiping down windows, mirrors, andfixtures as well as sweeping and mopping the shopfloor. Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner. Processing customer payments using the shops Software system. Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of store items to provide advice and recommendations as needed.
