As one of our Contact Centre Representatives based in Takapuna, youll be the first point of contact for our clients involving taking initial prospective calls and following up on leads and arranging bookings into our clinic diaries.

What we are looking for:

• A commitment to great customer service through previous experience in a retail or customer service role
• Clear communication style and being comfortable on the phone
• Ability to use basic computer systems and technology
• Self-motivated and team oriented
• Good attention to detail
• Previous contact centre experience is great but not essential as full training is provided

• Incremental pay increases every 6 months for up to 18 months based on performance. Thereafter, incremental pay will be increased annually based on performance
