Mō te Tūranga | About the role:

The casino is far from your typical workplace! Our attendants are right in the heart of the action on the main gaming floor, ensuring that our Gaming Machine customers have a top-notch experience every time they visit. In this role, youll be on the move, helping customers enjoy their time in the casino. Tasks include assisting with minor machine repairs (training provided!), answering general queries, and supporting our host responsibility programme by promoting safe and responsible gaming. Youll also help maintain a clean and tidy area by tidying up chairs and removing empty glasses. The role involves a fair amount of walking so its perfect for those who want to stay active while working!

You will also;

• Complete pay outs
• Assist at our Premier Rewards Station

This is a Part Time opportunity, working approx. 16 - 24 hours per week. Friday and Saturday nights are our busiest times, so youll need to be available to work then. Preference will be given to candidates who are flexible in their availability.

A passion for customer service is essential, and youll understand the importance of handling confidential information with care. You are someone who can anticipate customer needs, resolve issues with ease, and consistently provide excellent service. With a confident communication style, youll approach customers in an outgoing, friendly, and positive manner. An eye for detail and a professional attitude are key, as is the ability to know when to apply policy, use your judgement, and escalate matters when necessary. This is an ideal role for someone eager to boost their people skills and gain valuable experience with New Zealands largest entertainment company.

To be successful for this role you must:

• Be at least 20 years of age
• Have a good credit history (for the COA gaming license that is required)
• Be available for the shifts, particularly weekends and nights , as the casino operates 24 hours over the weekend
