Join our team on the SaaS ERP experience Freightways is embarking upon. This is an opportunity to bring your experience to large-scale, integrated systems and innovate in the freight and logistics space to deliver a world-class solution to Freightways and be a key part of delivering a completely tested solution. Liaising with stakeholders at all levels of the corporation, external testing partners and end users youll find yourself turning “test speak” into English more often than not. This is a multi-phased deployment categorised as Greenfield (starting from scratch). Youll work with a project manager who has been in QA before meaning your voice will be heard.

• Planning of deployment test cycles (Functional/ non-functional, system integration and business assurance testing
• Testing approaches to ensure business outcomes including:
• Hands on end user testing E2E
• Automated test scenarios
• Validation of Data migration from old to new and ensuring migrated data is transactable
• Work with your team to build a culture of continuous improvement.
• Mentor and train others in your team to encourage a collaborative workspace for your peers to excel.
• Give and receive honest constructive feedback.

What were looking for:

• Excellent communication skills, comfortable discussing ideas with teammates, stakeholders and customers - we need your strong voice of quality in our teams
• Proven experience in designing and executing test cases for ERP and Financial software solutions
• Experience in testing integrated ERP solutions
• Ability to be pragmatic and identify the appropriate level of testing
• Experience with Spec flow, Playwright or equivalent automation tooling
• An understanding of:

o Financial systems, core financial concepts and terminology o SQL and NoSQL. o Continuous integration and deployment practices o Monitoring scalable platforms using New Relic or a similar tool o Familiarity with Test-Driven/Behaviour-Driven Development o Significant knowledge and understanding of the Scrum framework and the Agile principles o Experience with test management tools (Azure test manager) and software quality assurance processes o API testing experience and best practices, Postman/Swagger o Automated testing experience Are you still wondering why this is the opportunity for you?
