Were looking for 2 superstar Qualified Hair Dressers to join our Team!

Kiwi Hort Solutions Ltd t/a Pearl Beauty Saloon & Makeup Studio is a privately owned local beauty parlor located in Te Puke and are looking to expand their current team.

About the role

Our Hair Dresserss are passionate fast paced and focused on delivering amazing results for our customers on their journey to skin confidence!

The role will involve:

• Working with customers to deliver treatments best suited to their concerns
• Managing the customers journey through their Treatment Plan - including cross-selling treatments where recommended (for example hair care products)
• Maintaining a tight-knit relationship with the clinic team to ensure we all achieve our targets while meeting our high-performing team values
• Always doing right by our customers and delivering the best for the brand
• Generating and facilitating customer inquiries/booking appointments and collecting payments from services delivered.
• Delivering a range of services including:
  • • Shampoo/Conditioning
    • Colouring
    • Styling
    • Cutting
    • Shaving/Trimming hair with electric and manual clippers
    • Diagnose and treat scalp conditions

Skills and experience

A qualification/certificate/practical diploma in Hair Dressing (at level 4 NZQA or above) OR Minimum of 2 years experience working with clients

About the business

Kiwi Hort Solutions Limited T/A Pearl Beauty Saloon & Makeup Studio operates from their Salon in Te Puke between the hours of 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Saturday. We are looking for someone that is able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week on a rostered basis. Staff parking is available Hourly rate starting at $29.66 per hour.
