A little bit about the role: To support the International business to effectively manage the commitments and execution of stock requirements for our international wholesale and D2C partners. Support SMS management and seasonal forecasting process. Day to day responsibilities include;

• Support the International Merchandising Manager quantify and manage stock allocations, administer any additional requirements that are required to support in-season orders to drive additional revenue in this stream.
• Execute the requirements for customer orders to ensure timely and effective delivery of this stock, liaising with Supply Chain to optimise the cost-effective delivery.
• Provide sales overview to International Merchandising Manager supporting seasonal sales analysis, reporting and informed decision making.
• Process seasonal adjustments and realignments when required.
• Liaise with ANZ team to secure stock support where required.
• Liaise with Sourcing and Supply Chain to ensure cost effective delivery of SMS on time.
• Generate a seasonal Integration file (BI) for the international markets as required.
• Support the execution of ad hoc orders as required for marketing, customer orders, corporate orders as required.
• Create strong working relationships and collaborate with relevant teams such as Buying and Planning, Sourcing and Supply Chain to ensure timely and effective delivery to our international markets.
• Follow all company procedures and policies as specified in Procedures Manual and company intranet.
• Displays an active commitment towards company core purpose and values.

Qualifications and Experience Requirements…

• Analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel
• Strong understanding of resource utilization and management
• Experience working with data and analytics
• Prior merchandising application and process experience and knowledge of retail
• reporting/analytics desired
• Accounting or Business Management Qualification desired
