Employing over 1200 staff in 11 locations across NZ, C3 Limited is a market leader in New Zealands port related product and cargo handling, adding value to our clients businesses by providing solutions to their transport and logistics needs.

Based at our Mount Maunganui branch we are seeking a permanent, full time vessel planner to interpret our clients requirements by receiving and processing supplier vessel allocation for log vessels calling at C3 ports.

As part of this role, you will prepare vessel load lists for our drivers and yardmen. You will allocate log volume via C3s inventory management system, liaise with Stevedores during the vessel loading process as well as co-ordinate with external companies regarding phytosanitary and fumigation requirements.

• Minimum Restricted driver licence
