Job Description Our client is a well-established Civil Contractor specialising in three waters construction and maintenance. Their goal is to deliver high-quality and resilient water infrastructure, enabling Kiwi communities to go about their lives without interruption, focusing on the things that truly matter. About the role: They have an opportunity for a Project Engineer with significant experience managing day-to-day activities on three waters projects, including pump stations, water treatment plants, water mains, etc. An ideal candidate would consider themselves to have a strong understanding of construction methods, the ability to plan and schedule work, strong financial acumen, and the ability to ensure all work is compliant with H&S regulations. Responsibilities:

• Working with the Project Manager to develop and manage the program and project budget
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations on the construction site, whilst leading a team of engineers
• Construction monitoring, site inspections, and working with the client and other stakeholders
• Providing technical solutions to subcontractor RFIs
• Ensuring that the project adheres to HSE regulations

• Proven experience as a Project Engineer working on Three Waters projects in NZ
• Proficiency with relevant software
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward
• NZ work rights are essential
