As we continue this growth journey, we have an exciting opportunity for a Cloud Engineer to join our team. What Youll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga As a Cloud Engineer, youll support and optimise NZAAs cloud environment, ensuring it aligns with our Cloud Strategy and broader business goals. In this role, you will manage and enhance cloud operations and services across their full lifecycle, delivering solutions that meet industry standards, service requirements, and key performance indicators. You will play a key role in maintaining the security and compliance of our cloud infrastructure, implementing robust security measures and monitoring for vulnerabilities. Youll be responsible for developing and maintaining disaster recovery and business continuity plans to protect critical systems and data, while also driving continuous improvement by exploring innovative technologies and solutions to advance NZAAs cloud capabilities. About You | Mōu Critical to your success in this role is your positive, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills and a passion for optimising technology solutions. Confident in troubleshooting complex issues, youll have solid technical skills, including experience with IT change control and technical documentation. You are organised, proactive, and able to manage your workload effectively. Experience in enterprise cloud support, particularly with AWS and Microsoft technologies, along with knowledge of disaster recovery, is essential.
