He angitutanga | About the role
As a National Transaction Centre Advisor, you will be helping to manage the contracts between private businesses and DOC ensuring legislative requirements are met. Your role primarily manages the fees, rent and activity levies private business pays to operate on DOC land.
You will also be helping to prepare reports for decision makers, looking at contractual obligations and working closely with the permissions team.
You pride yourself on providing prompt and efficient service whilst processing rent reviews, re-issues, assignments, and a variety of permits.
With the department managing approximately 5000 different types of concessions ranging from grazing to activities hosted by major tourism operators, this is a busy role and you will be able to prioritise you work load and thrive in a bustling environment.

The salary range for this position is $60,314 to $75,603 with the starting salary of the successful applicant being based on their relevant skills and experience.
