Citycare Property, a proudly New Zealand-owned company, is on the lookout for a hands-on, driven Supervisor to take the lead in one of our Open Space Maintenance teams - right here in Porirua! This is a unique, multi-faceted role working within our Open Spaces. It requires an organised dynamic person with a go-getter attitude and passion for their work. • 5+ years of experience (and/or relevant qualifications) in Open Space management.
• A natural communicator who knows how to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and get things done.
• A problem-solver who loves rolling up your sleeves and coming up with practical solutions that deliver value.
• An expert in Health & Safety - you understand the importance of mitigating risks and keeping everyone safe.
