- Meet or exceed sales quotas by creating customer value and driving expansion business
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with MYOBs Partners, including conducting regular Partner meetings and Quarterly Business Reviews
- Identify new business opportunities by researching customer needs, engaging decision-makers, and fostering strategic relationships
- Handle a value-based sales cycle from qualification through to objection handling, negotiation, and closing sales
- Mitigate revenue or SaaS stock churn risks by engaging relevant business areas as needed
- Accurately forecast and own the sales pipeline, ensuring CRM compliance and strategic gap planning
- Collaborate with Marketing and GTM teams to implement impactful campaigns that achieve sales and customer goals
