About the Role:We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Hardware Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you will support and maintain computer systems and peripherals, ensuring our clients receive top-tier technical service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, test, and repair hardware and peripheral devices
• Hands-on experience with Mikrotik brand setups
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues
• Determine requirements and provide effective technical solutions
• Adapt and modify existing software to meet user needs
• Install and manage software applications efficiently
• Implement and maintain computer networks
• Design, update, and maintain websites
• Repair or replace peripheral devices (e.g., printers, modems, terminals)
• Ensure optimal performance and usage of IT infrastructure

What Were Looking For:

· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role

· Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and network setup

· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

· A proactive approach with the ability to work independently

· Good communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
