Reith Agri-Imports (formerly NZ Tractors Ltd) is a leading importer and supplier of machinery and parts, based in Ashburton supporting the agricultural sector in New Zealand for over 35 years.

As the leader of our Parts department, you will oversee the parts warehouse, manage inventory and play a key role in supporting our technician, and assisting our customers with their parts needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help our customers to find and purchase parts and accessories through email, over the phone, and to walk-in customers
• Maintain and build relationships with customers and suppliers
• Provide inventory management and ordering support and processing of spare parts orders

· Maintain accurate records and contributing to a safe and well organised workplace

• The ability to multitask, problem-solve, and support the team in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with leading brands in the Agricultural sector,
• General ad hoc administrative duties such as booking in deliveries and freight despatch.

Requirements:

· Strong communication skills

· Willingness to learn new skills, systems and processes and gain product knowledge

· A current drivers license and be physically fit

· A can-do attitude, reliable and honest

· Previous parts or industry experience

· Able to work in New Zealand
