Can be based in one of Te Kura regional offices located in: Wellington, Palmerston North, New Plymouth, Hastings, Rotorua, Gisborne, Wairoa, Tauranga, Hamilton, Auckland, Whangarei, Nelson, Christchurch, Dunedin, Invercargill or Queenstown

We are looking for an innovative and inspirational person who will support and co-ordinate our engagement and manage on-going effective relationships with internal and external partners and agencies.
As the Relationship Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact and will ensure continued and effective communication between external parties and the school. You are passionate about making a difference, willing to learn, innovate, work collaboratively, and build effective relationships.
You will join Te Aka Taumatua, which leads bilingual and immersion te reo Māori provision for full-time, young adults and dual-registered ākonga (students) through te reo Māori at Te Kura.
For this position, we offer a salary range starting from $79,939 to a maximum of $93,334 per annum. The final salary offer will be determined based on the candidates unique combination of skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.

The successful Relationship Coordinator will have a reputation for being empathetic, a superb problem solver, is not fazed by the unexpected, is positive and proactive, forms and sustains enduring and respectful relationships.
The successful candidate will ideally have the following:
- Proven effective relationship management skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced Microsoft office skills
- Excellent organisation skills
As part of joining Te Aka Taumatua, knowledge and experience of te reo Māori and Tikanga is preferred.
